FILMMAKERS/STORYTELLING WORKSHOPS

In March, Libba offered a free community workshop for aspiring filmmakers to get professional feedback from Geoffrey Smith. He has won 2 Emmys, created 25 documentaries for the BBC, and teaches filmmakers the art of storytelling.

DANCE CLASSES

Charlotte Thrives has now put on 5 free dance workshops at the Big Love Yoga Barn. Libba is currently looking for a new venue and a way to sustainable way to offer this regularly to the community.

HIKING EVENTS

We’ve been leading free community hikes since February. Just recently, Libba started infusing art into the experience by providing free watercolor classes and coloring book pages for kid at the end of the hike.
